Timeline
Your order will be shipped out in 1-2 weeks but usually it will be ready to ship within 3-5 business days. I ship with USPS.
Packing and Care
Due to the one of a kind nature of the works, I take great care in packing up your items. I would hate to have your pieces come in broken shards. Additional shipping fees may be included to help cover the administrative costs and extra packing materials.
Packing Material
Whenever I can I ship with 100% compostable or recyclable materials. Some orders will require additional reinforcement and padding - biodegradable peanuts and corrugated wrapping are my top choices, and I only use bubble wrap when absolutely necessary. As a small business, I am trying to do my part to use ecofriendly products to reduce my footprint. Bubble wrap is donated from friends and family and is often reused/ recycled in packing up orders.
Sending as a Gift?
If you are sending an order to a friend or loved one, please let me know at the time of purchase, and I can keep pricing invoices out of the box and include a special message or note if you wish.
Refunds
As a small business with myself and 1-2 people helping part time, I am unable to give refunds at this time.
Shipping Issues & International Orders
Please contact me to inquire about rates, as the website is not always accurate. Packing/shipping varies due to weight and size of the pieces. At the end of the day, I want a fair transaction for both of us, I reserve the right to change the invoice to include actual incurred shipping costs if the website has undercharged. If the website has overcharged you, I always refund the difference.
If you have a combined order or if the website has overcharged you, I always refund the difference in shipping costs.
